We are currently looking for the following skills
 Business Administration General Manager
The kind of person we are looking for will:
- Overall responsibility for leading and managing the diverse facets within the company's operations.
- Ensure that all departmens operate effectively and efficiently, with a continual drive towards improved overall productivity.
- Direct management and administration (reporting to CEO and directors) will be required across the various departments.
- Overall responsibility for systems relating to the management of production and general operations within the business, ensuring long-term sustainability and profitability
- Overall efficiency and profitability of the company
- Developing practical operational strategies for the development and upliftment of all employees within the company.
- Ability to adapt to change is essential as we plan an aggressive growth plan in our administrative and production management methods.
Some skills required (the more the better):
- Post Graduate MBA Degree
- Practical experience in business management and compliance
- Practical experience in and ability to drive business production and productivity.
- Experience in advising and working in conjunction with top management structures
- Strong management skills and an excellent business acumen.
- Resilience to expertly manage the various facets and departments within the business.
